ADMISSION PROCEDURE

To utilize this golden opportunity , you have to fill application from provided along with the prospectus. It is to be noted that a student through buying a prospectus from  or ASC ( Authorized Study Center ) can enroll him self in our IGNISG center . The admission form is to be filled by the student in his own handwriting after / reading the term and condition . the form should also  be singe by the guardian the enrolled student . total fees ( as per Structure  mentioned in criteria) has to be paid at the time of enrollment . student has to clearly mention the course name as per the application form while filling the same . once the registration is confirmed at head Office , only up guardian in course shall be entertained and not otherwise .

CRITERIA FOR REGISTRATION & FEE

Admission fee and one month advance monthly fee of courses has to be paid at the time of registration no fees , other than that has to be deposited by student course material , ID card and registration No. will be dependent on your extra payment .

GENRAL INFORMATION

The prospectus must be read care fully and filled all information by own handwriting of student . in all matter concerning examination date , class starting and result of student , the IGNISG decision shall be final and binding . any changes in any policy or fees or course structure can be done without prior information .

COURSE/ EXAMINATION MEDIUM

English and Hindi can be chosen as the medium of course / examination Support Course material be provided in chosen languages as well as theory classes will be also conducted in same.

EXAMINATION DETAILS

Examination will be held in different part like class test , semester exam final exam and practical exam . the conducted at the exam will be the responsibility at the H.O. Final examination will be based on these examination . exam fees will be deposited to the H.O.

A student has to secure at least 40% Marks each to quality the semester examination and eligible for next examination . if any student does not clear his/her semester exams  in one attempt will be given one more chance to pass out the exam with with fine of Rs. 500 /- However , if any student remain absent in examination  for whatever reason has to pay Rs. 1000/- as penalty .

CERTIFICATE

CERTIFICATE AWAEDED TO STUDENT WILL BE BASE ON THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE IN INTERNAL & Final examination . in case a student lose certificate the same can be reissued on submitting the photocopy of ID card or registration card attested by our authorized center director with Rs. 1000/-  to head

CO-OPREATION IS  EXPECTED

THE STUDENT SHOULD BY TO ATTEND ALL THE THEORY AND LAB CLASSES REGULARLY . A student remaining absent for more than 5 consecutive classes without information , has to take readmission . in such cases a student has to take re admission by  Paying a fine of Rs. 500/-

Proper discipline has to be maintained within the ASC premises. A student found Misbehaving will be restricted from attending the classes .

IMPORTANT  NOTE

 This prospectus is not returnable under any circumstance .

The prospectus is valid for a period of 15 days only from the date of purchase .

Fees once paid will not be refunded / transferred  under nay circumstances .
